A new live-action PBS series, "Odd Squad," has now been green-lighted for production. Inner Dog Productions led the production team, tapping Dubway’s sound designer Keith Rigling and mixer Nathaniel Reichman to handle the audio post on the pilot.
The queen of chamber jazz, Meg Okura & The Pan Asian Chamber Jazz Ensemble were in the studio tracking new arrangements for a few of Ryuichi Sakamoto classic compositions.

Dubway’s location audio team was engaged in numerous shoots around town, including a couple of weeks in Brooklyn on a new webisode, entitled "East WillyB," East WillyB chronicles the comic adventures of colorful cast of characters in the hispanic community of a gentrifying berg.

A collection of sea shanties make up her upcoming album, "Takes a Big Ship," which she recorded at Dubway. She set herself up in the Mezzanine studio for a week, with her 4 piece band, to track everything live - including her vocal performance from behind the piano. Engineer Mike Judeh ran the session.
This Thing Films took the crew from the East end of Long Island, to Williamsburg, Brooklyn, on another dramatic production - "Like So Many Things."
The spacious & beautiful Mezzanine studio was also used for a couple of live video shoots - Brooklyn’s indy rockers The Disappointment shot a great performance video, and Elizabeth Chan (currently fighting her way to success on Failure Club) performed one of her many Christmas songs for a WPIX film crew.
John Findlay was tracking his new album , "In2 the Spirit," a compilation of modern jazz/blues/fusion takes on traditional Christmas songs. Hot off a tour with Steely Dan, and gearing up for a another with guitarist (and Dubway recordist) Wayne Krantz, legendary drummer Keith Carlock was banging the skins on the session. Look for it on iTunes this Christmas.
Dubway’s remote recording crew has been busy, recording and mixing Exclusive iTunes Sessions for Sweden’s First Aid Kit and then flying down to Nashville to record the Alabama Shakes at Blackbird Studios.
Tony Grey, renowned virtuoso bassist, tracked a rhythm section for his next album. The stellar section included Mark Guiliana (drums), Gregoire Maret (harmonica), Romain Collin (piano), and John Shannon (guitar).
For VH1 Unplugged, the crew recorded British singer/songwriter Rita Ora, the Ohio indy rockers Walk the Moon, and country superstar Carrie Underwood. The subsequent broadcasts are viewable at VH1.
